Exterior paint job done in 2010. Double hung vinyl windows are only 5 years old and energy efficient. Each apartment has a private entrance with separate mail box, doorbell and parking space. Upstairs apartment gets full use of the double-car deep garage for storage and cars and full driveway. Don't worry, you don't have to ask anyone to move their car for you, the basement tenants have a private parking pad in the back.
