Master bedroom with his/her closet is approx. 120 sq ft. With a queen or king sized bed and dresser, there is oodles of room to spare. Must see to appreciate size. (Oh, and the smudge on the wall is not real. It's a result of my poor photo editing--there's a removable poster of my husband on active military duty on the wall.
