This house is on a corner lot, which means that the land lot is larger than a typical standard lot for a residential area. The back yard is mostly fenced for privacy, but not fully fenced (the parking space for the tenants extends into the back yard. You will have use of a lawn mower provided. There is also a fenced off garden area. WE WILL NOT BE ALLOWING PETS!
